Good Cable Modem

I research this modem and it got very good reviews. In fact it was the top rated in its class of modems. The only problem I had was with the set up. Even though it said it would be an easy set up on Comcast, I still had to Comcast to activate it before I could use it. That took me about a hour.

Thought it might be router instead. Directly connected to modem through Ethernet. Dropped again. Bought this modem. Had to adjust a few setting and it has been steady for several months now.

Great Modem

It works lot better than the ones they provide, it supports very high data speeds. Works great with my router, the lights are super bright otherwise great modem.

Solid price performer

I'm personally not a fan of the single integrated modem, router, cable boxes. If you are looking for a single purpose modem device that performs solidly and is not too expensive, this is a great choice, in my opinion.

Nice modem for internet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I brought the Motorola SB 6141 to replace my Motorola SBG 6580 because the SBG 6580 was constantly losing my internet connection. Even though I had to connect a router to the SB 6141 to get a wireless signal ,I have not lost my internet connection and I get a much better wireless signal through out my home.
