Modem Purchase

He was amazing, and I want to thank him! Thanks to him, I haven't had any problems with the modem or router, and I get WIFI through-out the whole house.

I end up exchange to the newer model.

Plug & play & reliable

Installation was a little tricky, with Comcast's help, it took at least 3 reboots before it connected both with the Comcast network upstream, and my wireless router downstream.
