I am currently waiting for the builders to finish my house so I got this because I have to use Comcast and I refuse to rent one from them for about $8 a month.

Too bright!

The only complaint I have is that the LED indicator lights on the front of the unit are super bright. They light up my whole office at night, as much as a night light. It's a good unit but don't plan on putting in a room where anyone sleeps.

Either way, we eventually got it connected and it's been working well ever since.

Very Easy to install

Easy to install and works great. My previous Motorola modem did not give me any problems - hope for the same with this newer one as well.

Seems ok...nothing noteworthy

I do not know whether it is the modem or the cable provider (RCN), but I didn't have the same issue prior to changing to this modem. And I noted other people had similar issues.
