This product was easy to setup. Instructions were easy to follow.

I do belive that the modem is working great its TWC that is the problem. Saving $10 a month on my internet bill not leaseing it from TWC. hooked up great after calling TWC to activate it and we all know how long that can take . Greaat modem till Google comes along . The restarting is why it got the 4 but to be fair i blame TWC

This modem has been working great since installing and I’m very happy with this purchase. It works with my WiFi provider and also with my linksys router. It’s been perfect and I made a great choice buying this!

Finally switched to DOCSIS 3.0 after months of Comcast advising my 2.0 would be no longer compatible. Works as intended and easy to set up. A personal downfall, for me, is that the status lights are really bright. They light up a corner of my living room when I shut off the lights. Could act as a night light but I covered mine up.

Did not have a phone line jack for cable modem line so I had to return it and buy the Belkin.

Our first experience with separate modem and router. I like the 5G second signal. Just bought 2 SSD laptops and they connect to the 5G. My previous laptops don't seem to see the 5G signal. All I can say is that it has been working OK.

Good fit for my Internet plan. Easy to setup and use.

I purchased the modem because I was renting one from the local cable company. When looking at the economics, it made sense to purchase my own modem because it would pay for itself in just a couple of months. It was easy to install and set up.

I had to return several Time Warner modems because they kept losing connection. So, I decided to buy this one and no longer pay a monthly fee to lease a modem from TWC. Very pleased with this product.
