Bought this to replace my Docsis 2.0 modem. Using it on comcast blast, getting 57 mb/s download wired, 35 mb/s wireless. Significant improvement over the old modem, this one is recommended

Geek squad recommend this for my twc connect was disconnecting, and they were so right LOVE this product I HIGHLY recommend it if your TWC keeps disconnecting. go talk to geek squad theyt will help you get the right product.

Had this before... But made the mistake of upgrading to a netgear modem&router... Had a bad experience and with configuration and support. Went back to this. Easy simple and robust. Works awesome when paired with my asus ac router.

Could not take the low quality of the internet service providers modem. I decided to purchase my own modem and wireless router. Happy I did it provided all the quality power I needed to stream movies.

I purchased this modem for our Comcast xfinnity internet connection. I browsed Amazon and several websites and decided to buy this modem for the good reviews. It works well as our wireless signal is good and we don't have any dropped connections.

This works, but purchasing taught me something valuable. Although my cable company doesn't require it, a 16 channel downstream modem seems to work better than a 8 channel downstream, so check with your cable provider before purchasing to optimize your connection and experience.

Works reliably with my Time Warner service. Easy setup

Stop renting the modem from your Cable Company - Just buy 1 and you're set. Save that pesky charge. This works great - works like a champ. Have had for a couple years now.

I was tired of renting from Time Warner Cable. Since I have changed to this modem my connection seems to be going faster and is a more reliable connection. TWC allows me to keep their modem because I have the all in one package at no cost.

I do not have any problems with the modem. It’s amazing. I thought this was something to just get me through until I can buy a better one bust that is not the case. I love the modem I have no problems with it.

I have had the cable modem for maybe a month now - or longer. It has worked great - no interruptions or downtime. I thought the price was pretty competitive to on-line stores. I would certainly recommend it and buy it again.

This Modem is saving me $8 a month in fee's from my ISP. Yes that means it takes over a year to pay for itself but it has worked great and I will put the saving's in my pocket.

I had Mediacom check signal in the house, which was fine. I replaced the modem with an Arris sb6190 and was able to connect. I did get a RMA number from Arris to return the modem, but it was painful working with their support. The call took about an hour. This is the second sb6141 that has stopped working. The replacement sb6190 I purchased has been plagued by latency issues, which turns out to be a bug in the Intel Puma 6 chipset and has been acknowledged by Arris. There is a class action lawsuit against Arris. Arris refused to replace the sb6190 with a modem without the Intel Puma 6 chipset. Overall message is that Arris is not a good company work with form a support standpoint, has products that are not reliable and will not stand behind products they have shipped with known bugs.

This model and the Netgear were my two finalists. I'm not disappointed with my choice. Smallish footprint fit nicely in my small distribution niche in the basement. Throughput is OK so far considering the speed of my service (standard 15Mbps).
