I came into the store needing to buy a modem that would handle my needs, after talking with the staff, they were able to help me out and also helped me get a good deal with my cable provider. Great experience all the way around.

Maybe I will figure it out completely but not what I thought it was

It may be more of the actual Internet provider but I was expecting more

Bought this one to replace older Motorola. Havent seen the difference in speed since Comcast is pitiful and I still dont get the speeds Im suppose to. Other than that its a great unit. Fits better on my TV stand as well.

I replaced my Comcast rental/leased modem with this unit and our internet connection hasn't failed or had connection issues since.

We returned the router/modem that we were renting from the cable company and purchased this modem at the suggestion of the salesman at Best Buy. So far this is 100 times better than the modem we were renting. Haven't been dropped/kicked off the internet since we made the switch.

Was recommended by Cox as had to upgrade to Dox 3 as Cox wouldn't trouble shoot my slow speeds without me upgrading. As it turned out it wasn't my equipment the Dox 2 modem was just fine.

It worked perfectly but I had to exchange it for a higher speed model because Time Warner said this model doesn't max out on their system. Strange because this is the one Time Warner they told me to buy.

Worked well for about three weeks then it stopped working completely

Do not attempt to buy the SB6121 or SB6141 for comcast due to them being at "End Of Life" already according to Comcast. I personally have the 6121 and get 85 down and 12 up. I purchsaed this one due to it being on sale to be dissapointed by it having worst performance than the 6121. Speeds went down 35 down and 6 up... so yeah... be sure to look at the compatibility list for 3 star approved devices.

This device functions as intended. Aris Tech support is not so goo.

Couldn't be more content with my purchase i'm glad one of the best buy employees steered me in this direction. Plus its a nice white sleek design not that I ever look at it but it makes me OCD happy.

It's worth buying and not using the modem provided by Spectrum. Spectrum's modem used to disconnect all the time. With this modems that problem was solved, no more unexpected lost of internet.

If you are considering this comcast modem just do it. You do not want to buy the modem router combo b/c of lack of flexibility and poor performance. This is cheaper than renting the comcast modem and has worked flawlessly

SURFboard SB6141 DOCSIS 3.0 said to be updated version of former Model SB6121 Motorola Arris. I think it will be as good as as it connected with no problem at all at self-installment.

I purchase this product to save my self some cash. Cable company was going to charge me extra fees every month for their modem. its cheaper if you buy it yourself

It works as expected so that I can get the most of my high speed internet service upgrade. Much better to buy this than to pay $10/month to Time Warner to rent one, that is not as good, from Time Warner.

this modem was purchased to replace the rental one Comcast had been providing for years. The old unit had failed, and I chose to purchase my own unit, saving the cost of the router in the first year :)

I was hoping for a router modum, but soon realized this is only a modem... so if us r looking for a modem only then this little guy can do pretty much all thee above!! I wish it had more Ethernet ports but I guess the idea is to plug it into a wireless router and then ur rockin!!

Product was easy to set up. However, not sure about the way it works with various wireless routers. First two did not work with it...not sure if it was the router or modem problem. The 3rd router is working fine.
