My ISP wanted to charge me $10 a month for their modem so after 6 months this baby payed for itself. Full disclosure I already had a router. No complaints it's a basic modem no bells and whistles does the job though.

I needed a modem that was not combined with my router and this was the perfect choice. I was told not to get them combined and I did not want the monthly bill from my cable provider (twc) so this worked fine....I did have to call them to get it all going but it finally worked.

Moved to a new apparment and didnt want to rent a modem from cox. This is a great and affordable modem to suit my needs. Paired up with my linksys router i can easily get 180+mbps over wifi!

The product is fine, I'm just unhappy that it took 2 trips to Best But in order to get this cable modem. the sales clerk did not ask the right questions and sold us a DOCSIS 2.0 cable modem, that had to be returned. This DOCIS 3.0 works fine with our internet provider. Ask questions before you buy!!

Works great - it shows you if it's the upstream or down stream that's having issues so you can call your ISP to resolve problems

We needed to upgrade our modem for new cable service. I went to Best Buy not knowing what to buy but got good advice and spent less money than I thought I would have to. Have been very satisfied with this modem.

Work hand in hand with the new Netgear router I bought at the same time. Customer service agent really knew his products and what would work the best for upgrading my in home wifi system.

I set it up at my house to get a better wireless signal for my iPhone and PS3 and no buffering happens anymore when I'm waiting to watch movies or any content I'm downloading, would definitely recommend it to a friend.

At the time of purchase get this modem, I was looking to get beyond the rental modem from my ISP. This modem worked ok in a pinch for the typical 1-2 devices on the network.

The Cable Modem coupled with the Router I purchased improved the connection in my household by leaps and bounds. Grateful I no longer have to rent the equipment from the communications company.

I've never had a single issue with this modem. It was a second unit for my parents house and both of them have worked flawlessly for many years.

This modem replaced my dependable zoom 54xx. Other than IPv6, this router was basically the same or had little noticable advantages over the zoom tech. On the other hand, the blue light it emits is a very good night light.

i tried it out with motorola modem so I swapped from zoom modem to this and but the speedtest is almost same as both motorola and zoom modems. I recommended to buy zoom modem because of priced which is cheap!

I replaced my cable company's router which I was paying 6.99/month rent with this motorola. It is working as expected.

I read the time warner page saying that this modem was one of the modems that worked with their higher internet service and this got the best reviews so I purchased it. Easy to install and it's still going strong.

This was a big improvement over the modem supplied for $8 per month from Comcast. Setup was a breeze and the range of reception was extended immediately.

I bought this modem to get away from leasing my modem from the cable company. After doing my research on this modem online I decided to go ahead and buy it.

Works great. After plugging it in and logging into the Internet, it brought up a page from my ISP (cox) to register the IMIE. 5 minutes later I was on the net!

Had a old netgear modem which was very slow. Went online for reviews to purchase a new modem and came up with the arris. No problem hooking it up with my cable provider charter communications.
