We have had this product in our house for a couple of weeks now, and we have had zero problems with it. We are able to get a strong and interruption-free signal throughout our entire home.

Our previous modem was no longer reliable because Comcast changed the nature of their signal. Since installing this modem, service has been uninterrupted.

no big surprises here, for the price it works as expected.

I found that this to work well. Interestingly, I finally I found that adding 6 db of attenuation to the cable make the connections with my devices more secure, less likely to drop.

I have Comcast and got tired of paying $8.00 a month for their modem. I did my home work on the internet and the SB6141 was my best choice. Got a great deal at Best Buy. The rest is history................

I would recommend this to a friend good way to save money

This is an ok modem for a small area or apartment. I recommend spending the extra bucks for the next level up. I didn't feel like unplugging everything and dealing with my cable company again, so I just settled with this and bought extra extenders, etc.

I got this on sale which was the best deal of all, use it for Time Warner $14.99 plan so i have more modem than I need but room for upgrade potential.

I have Cox and absolutely refused to lease or rent a modem from them. So I took the liberty of researching their approved modem list that will be compatible with their services to avoid the fee. This modem does the job and connects seamlessly with my router.

I have Spectrum/Time Warner and this is supposed to work with it so I expected to just plug it in and go. Sadly, that was not the case. After 2 phone calls to Time Warner troubleshooting, it worked. The first tech person pretty much said everything was working on her end and the modem was working on my end but it was not. The second call yielded someone that saw the problem straight away. He said the previous tech person missed a step and with that success. 35 minutes on the phone was not ideal. Tech support from Arris was not available at the time.

Our modem gave up the ghost and we needed a quick replacement. The folks at Best Buy said this one would work with our provider and they were right. It works great.

It's a cable modem, Has everything necessary to deliver cable internet to a wifi router. The most difficult part of the installation was dealing with comcast to get it activated.

This product was used with Comcast cable internet service. It worked fine, and connected via LAN to my wireless, no problem. It only has one Ethernet port out. I think having a few more would be nice, especially if this modem is being used in a home office or entertainment center.

My arris modem does everything I needed it to do and never drops signal like other modems I've owned. I would recommend this modem to anyone looking for a great modem for the price.

Works great! We have had for over a year and have not had any problems with it. Love that we don't have to pay the cable company that monthly rental anymore - has paid for itself!

Instead of renting one from our tv provider - we bought the modem and saved ourselves a monthly fee. We have had no connectivity problems- works great!

Purchasing this modem saves me $12 per month renting it from my cable provider so it will pay for itself in no time. Best Buy also price matched it to Amazon's cheaper price. A win-win!

I was having connection drops at least once a week with my old modem, that would require resettting the old modem. Since I installed this, connection has stayed up, with no drops.
