Gets the job done. Reception is very good throughout the whole house with only minimal buffering in one room very far from modem.... Probably need a smaller house! lol

RATHER THAN RENTING CONNECTION EQUIPMENT FOR INTERNET I DECIDED TO GET MY OWN ROUTER AND MODEM. I AM PLEASED THAT I DID BECAUSE IT IS BETTER EQUIPMENT AND I WILL SAVE MONEY

I tried another brand of cable modem and couldn't get it to sync with my cable provider. This modem just plugged right in and started working. It's been working fine for a month now.

this is a nice modem especially if your network provider charges you a monthly fee for one, this one you own so no monthly charges

I bought this router to replace one damaged by a power surge. If you are "renting" one from a cable company, do yourself a favor and buy one, it pays for itself in less than a year.

This modem worked much better than the standard one provided by my service provider. They charged $5 a month for a modem. This router, after a few years, will easily pay for itself.

We replaced our 7 year old modem with this modem because we were experiencing dropped wifi service multiple times a day. Since the new modem has been installed we have only had one service drop.

great product but did not meet my carriers demands

I would have bought a cisco if they had one but so far this one is still working fine. I have had issues with Motorola surfboards resetting themselves in the past if you have a lot of bandwidth demand

What more can I say. It works as advertised and you don't have to pay the monthly cost that the cable company charges. Happy with the purchase.

This is a get modem, haven't had any problems with it. I'm saving so much by buying this over renting the unreliable modem I was renting through my cable/internet company.

I decided to replace the modem from time warner with this one. It was quick to set up and once I called the Time Warner to activate service, I was up and running in about 10 minutes.

Went to this unit with a separate router after having disconnect issues with the all in one surfboard cable modem/router. Having a lot better luck with this one. However, still have to unplug both to reset once in a while but not sure if it is the equipment or TW Cable??

We were able to have Internet all over the house even in the garage and outside, the range is excellent ! I highly recommend this items to my friends and everyone that had problems with connections.

This appears to be working well, it took our geek squad guy a while on the phone with comcast setting it up. They prefer you keep their modem/router but you can buy one for less than the cost of 1 year rental. Wish I would have done it years ago.

In less than three weeks this device started to fail. Cox cable sent out a repair person and isolated the issue with the modem. He told me they often have problems with this brand. Best of all I bought the cox branded cable modem for less than I paused for this.

This beats paying the cable company to rent their modem and you can use your router with the features that you want not them.

Used this to replace the "All in One" modem/router from Comcast and got much better speeds and reliability.

This was my second time purchasing an Arias and can attest to its durability and excellent signal transmission. Highly recommended if you are an "Internet User Minimalist".
