I had to buy a new modem when we moved and this one came highly recommended. It has not let me down at all, which is refreshing because my old one used to quit on me at least once a day.

I am using this for my Comcast cable modem with a wifi router. It set up easily but had a few issues getting the router to communicate. Called their support and had it fixed in about 10 minutes. I suggest that if it doesn't work quickly.

Easy setup. Same as the TWC rental model, only difference is the color. But after one month use, I feel it is not as good as the model from TWC. My internet will sometimes froze. Only seconds and almost once per week. Not sure it's general or special case.

The person that helped me was awesome. I can't remember his name but I think it was Brian. He spend a lot of time with me and really helped me out to what I needed.

If you plan to upgrade your ISP plan to 1GB don't buy. Most people don't need 1GB contrary to your ISP up-selling tactics so this woorks fine.

Saving over $12.00 a month by purchasing this product and returning the rental modem. This is far superior than the rental modem. Should have purchased this sooner!!

It does what it is supposed to do. However, the "Link" light blinks constantly, instead of only flashing when there is data moving over the line. This is quite annoying.

When Comcast recommended I upgrade my 'ancient' modem, I picked up a Motorola - SURFboard DOCSIS 3.0. I could not be happier with it!

Excellent product no complaints and it will pay for its self in about 11/2 years why rent from cable company when you can own it? If it lasts over 11/2 years it was worth the up front cost

I guess it is doing it's job just fine. Though even with this upgrade and a service upgrade from comcast I don't notice any speed difference in my downloads or uploads.

Haven't had an issue with this modem, make sure it has proper breathing room and you'd get many years out of this modem.

I am a technician and I knew buying this modem would've been awesome and plus that save me 10 bucks a month because I owned it not renting from companies

Bought this to save $10 a month rental from Xfinity, got it on sale for $79.99 so it will pay for itself in 8 months, works even better than the one I was renting.

Seems to work good. I really don't know anything about tech stuff and this is all new to me as far as modems and routers. I've had some issues with the signal but, that could be the provider and I have no idea how to check or confirm it.

Very good performance for a low price. We bought this to replace a TWC cable modem that we were "renting". The payback period is only a little more than seven months.

Didn't know where I should begin in choosing so asked for help. They pointed me to this one, seemed like a reasonable price so I went with it. No major complaints. Easy to setup ,OK speed

Got the help I needed from a sales associate on which modem to buy. It installed very easily and we are very happy with it.

I had some drop connection issues on my other modem which was about 3 years old and it was 2 model before the SB6141 came out. So far it is flawless. No issues at all and has been in production for the last 4 months.

Tired of renting a modem from your internet provider? I bought this and a WiFi router and returned my rented equipment. So far it is excellent!

It works without any problem. its been 8 months since i bought and i havent faced any problems. i had to probably reboot 2-3 times in these 8 months .
