Quick and easy to set up. Longest wait was for the cable company. Works well with my Cisco WiFi router. Noticed the difference in bandwidth with kids streaming movies and music.

Worked for about 2 weeks then quit. Lights were VERY bright and looked like a toy instead of a serious piece of equipment. Glad it broke so I had an excuse to get a different one.

Great Modem didn't want to continue to pay the fees from the big cable companies anymore to rent this devise. Works Great and no more extra fees on my bill.

This is a good quality modem. I had a Linksys before that was causing some issues with slowness/dropping connection but have not had any issues with this modem yet.

When moving to a new home, purchased this to get rid of Time Warner Cables modem. It has already paid for itself since Cable no longer charges me for it's modem.

Our old modem was 11+ years old and kept stalling out. Got this hooked up and it now keeps the connection. Only goes put of the internet service goes out.

Using with WOW cable internet. It works just like WOW suggested. It does put off allot of light, but it looks cool in a dark room. If you like that sort of thing.

This model is great for replacing your standard Time Warner Cable modem. Easy to physically install with no programming needed, no built in wireless. Most difficult part of this modem is having to deal with Time Warner to activate it on your account.

Our internet has been faster and more reliable since investing in this router. Plus we aren't paying the extra fees to rent a router through our carrier!

Researched online before made purchase, this model is the #1 for Time Warner Cable users. It is easy to connect and very stable without any drop. Recommend.

This is an awesome modem at an affordable price. No issues with connectivity at all. Works great with TWC. This is the way to go instead of renting through TWC!

Owning your own cable modem where you can is a smart choice and you save on rental fees from your internet provider. This is a basic modem and it's easy to connect and configure.

Connections were simple but setting up with the cable CO. is a pain. Whatever happened to plug n' play? Icons are too large and bright and the flashing network speed indicator is irritating. Use black tape. It otherwise does what I want it to.

The number of dropped internet connections have gone dramatically done since replacing the modem our cable company was renting to us with this one.

Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere this product is rated very highly for a reason. It’s very reliable.
