I purchased this modem to stream HD videos without refreshing multiple times. I was happy with the result as I can stream now Netflix and other videos without interruption!

Set up required 2 calls for help but once it connected to our system, it was blazing fast. The next day, it started to drop the signal and it is that so regularly that I brought it back for an exchange. The second Arris worked for a few days before it too started disconnecting. When it worked, it was fast and covered not only our house but our entire property. After several calls to Ardis, I returned the unit and bought a different brand.

Great deal online for is router which the store matched. Didn't want to have to pay the monthly router fee from Comcast so this router works great.

Had to up my WiFi network since the provided modem/router from Comcast is weak. Purchased Google WiFi along with this modem and not complaining one bit

I bought this specifically for it's parental controls, but was disappointed. The router does not allow for setting content restrictions for each device. I can block specific websites, and set specific time parameters, but no content filtering.

Great price, works better and faster than the one from Tina Warner, I'm saving those $10 a month for Modem rental, so in 7 months it will pay off by itself

It's a good modem for someone who is doing the basics, like email, light browsing, browser games. Heavy duty gaming would be a bit slow. Especially of you are doing multi-player precision gaming where speed is everything.

I had a modem that was about 2 years old. I was having a lot of connectivity issues but once I upgraded, the only time I have issues is when my provider has an outage

I bought this is a replacement for my old modem, which was rented through the cable company.I did some research and found that this had high reviews and higher speeds than the one I had previously. So far I am very happy with my purchase.

Good quality replacement for replacing Comcast supplied garbage. Hardest thing about this modem was dealing with Comcast when setting it up.

It seems to work well. Although my tablet seems a little slower than when I had uverse, Im not sure that the motem is the problem. It may be my new internet service.

This is a good Modem/Router combo. The only issue I had with it is I needed to set the WI-FI frequency to Manual vs Automatic for the Wi-FI to work properly under the 2G mode. Either then that a good device.

Mega electronics in this house and have had to replace a couple of modems. This is easy hook-up and fixed the problem! Warranty is a good buy also.

Xfinity charges $10 a month for thier equiptment. Thats $120 bucks a year= two year contract, $ 240....or spend $ 59 on this modem and $50 on router...

This model was recommended by the sales associate at Best Buy. I chose to purchase a modem and router instead of renting them from my internet company.

It had been run almost 2 years, I schedule it turn off 6 hours per week, no hiccup of connections to Wan or local network.

Bought this to free myself from TWC's modem lease fee. Works as advertised, gets faster speeds than the leased modem and have had no issues after about a month of use.
