Modem is ideal for my house, suggested by my cable company. Lights are super bright, glad I can put it under a shelf, but otherwise a great modem.

This modem was easy to hook up. We were looking for an inexpensive modem that didn't have the router built in. This fit the bill and has worked well.

So far so good. Using the same modem my sister is using. Only drawback wish I can see the speed that is actually coming and going.

It does what it's suppose to do. Works on Time Warner. This is only for hardwire connectivity. There is no wifi. Again, does what it's suppose to do.

Can stream HD movie on TV and watch other movies on two other devices at the same time. (Streaming through apples time capsule) but it all starts with the router.

We have a large home and it was difficult to get a signal from the router to my office across the house. THe combination of the two new products has drastically changed all that and I would highly recommend them!

No complaints here, it works as described. The LEDs on the front are very bright, so you get a bonus night light feature with this modem. ;)

I like purchasing my modem's versus renting them from our provider this one was the only one available for my provider and works as it should.

I found my Comcast services going up year after year decided to downgrade services and get this modem. It works well and my internet is more reliable with this modem.

bought this modem to replace the one the cable company was leasing to me. saving money and takes a smaller amount of space. works great.

I bought this one to pair with my night-hawk and I am able to get the wifi every corner of my house...it's a great modem to pair with any router...

I couldn't stand the cable company rental fees. This is a good "next generation" proof modem that will last for a while. Great replacement!

Easy to install as long as you remember to call you internet provider. Not sure I have any faster or better connections with this more expensive one versus by very old combo router /modem

The modem works as expected. The value is not having to pay your cable company $10/ month to rent theirs . At $60 it will pay for itself in 6-months.

I did not want to pay rental fees for a modem of questionable quality so I found an approved quality modem to buy and am not disappointed with this Motorola "Arris" product.

Modem works great, will pay for itself in a few months by not having to rent one from the cable company. Seems to be more stable than the ISP issued one as well.

Switched out my Time Warner rental modem for this to avoid the monthly $6 charge. New modem works and looks great. Only complaint is a distracting flashing light warning me that the the router I'm using isn't as fast as the modem.

I was a not smart when purchasing this modem. It is a great modem and I bought to replace my TWC modem. Problem is that is does not have a phone connection. So I no longer have a home phone but really who has a home phone anymore.

This was really not a hard choice to make! I really like this product and recommend for everyone to purchase it also! Great quality!
