I bought this modem to replace the one I was renting from my cable provider. I would say this is a very good investment and you should buy a model like this day 1 when you take cable/internet connection.

So I purchase this modem because I had just change internet providers but my kids have been complaining about the internet being slow & "lagging. Not sure if it's just the internet provider or the modem.

Greatly improves connection speeds. Replaces the standard Comcast cable modem.

I did not want to be charged by my internet provider for a modem that would pay for itself over time so I bought this and am so glad that I did.

There are other similar brands in the market but I bought this just because it's backed by Motorola, That Gives me piece of mind. A bit expensive when compared to the competitors, but that's what you pay for the brand..

This is a great replacement for my Motorola modem, have already paid for it over and above what I would have been paying them. Get one!

Got this modem to save money on leasing a modem. It’s doing the job; no problems at all. I have had it for about five months now.

This is a great product to have especially for apartment complexes, however, it is giving me a problem after a year. Not sure if it’s the modem itself or my connection.

My area doesn't consistently have the speeds my modem can handle, but unlike the comcast modem, this doesn't fail at all. I've yet to have to restart it.

It got the job done right away. I had tried the earlier modem and it didn't work so I switched to this model which started off right away without a problem.

Excellent product. Buy this so you can save the monthly rental fee charged by Comcast.

If our previous modem didn't bite the dust we wouldn't have purchased another one. The price was reasonable considering most people pay a monthly fee to rent the modems and end up paying triple the amount of the modem.

The modem is very fast. Very easy to install. I can run o lot of devices at the same time. Great !!

I decided to get this instead of being stuck paying spectrum/time warner monthly wifi charge in the name of giving you free modem. Nothing fancy but gets the job done. Sale price made it even better.

This was my first cable modem and so far it's been working good. However, I would give it a 5 but there are times that my wi-fi signal is lost but don't know if it's the modem or router. Hence, the positive feedback.

I looked into other brands, But knowing Motorola was what i have been using for yrs so thought this would be a Great unit for my home & Business need.

Old modem had to be reset daily or more than once daily. Signal wasn't very good.
