Tired of paying the rent to Cox for an out-of-date modem. Had this setup after a quick phone call to Cox to activate it on their side.

This is such a great product. Beats having to pay our cable/internet provider a monthly charge for a lesser product.

No problems with this modem whatsoever. Very efficient. Seems to be great quality and well worth the money.

The first modem we bought was a lemon. It wouldnt send an IP address and caused a lot of internet issues. I also don't like that there isnt a reset button. Once we returned the modem and got another, there were no issues.

My current one failed so needed a replacement. Don’t forget to let your service supplier know you have a new device.

I have no idea if it is the Product Modem or the Time Warner modem that SLOWS up on me some days or not. This one was recommended by both Best Buy and Time Warner to work with my Telephone/cable modem.

This modem is okay. However, I wish I'd done more research rather than just asking the salesman. Cable installer thought there were faster modems available to better take advantage of internet speed.

This modem works perfectly. Replaced my SB6121 (lesser model). Activated on Bright House with no issues.

I tried many before I found one that would have enough power for our household. We always had weak signals, but not any more. I can now even work outside.

Built seems durable. Unfortunately, I had to return it because I got a warranty replacement for the one it was supposed to replace.

Works a lot better than the one I rented for 10 a month I had really bad reception on it from com cast best money spent

I purchased this to avoid those increasing rental fees. The item works great and was ok with the price paid.

Which is all that really matters for something that isn't really fun to buy. I have cox cable and can confirm it works with them.

I bought this modem to stop renting one from the cable company and it has worked wonders. I stream movies with no issues.

Good product and great help from Best Buy associate explaining how this would work well in our size house.

Arris is a great brand. We bought this for my mom to replace one from time warner. We love ours so that's why we bought this for her.

Built my Wi-Fi network around this modem and the entire network is working great,and we've been using multiple devices and still learning the advantages of s Wi-Fi network and it's many uses

The representative suggested this product to suit our needs and it has for the most part. We do experience lower WiFi signal in the master bedroom although our house is very small. Overall I am pleased with it.

Needed a new one as old one quit working. Was what was compatiable with one currently had and reasonably priced
