We decided to change the internet company's model and router. Decided to buy them separately. They work great. The signal is great. I only gave them a 4 because we've only had it for 2 months.

Replace a Surfboard gateway with this modem and Linksys EA9500 router for my streaming after cable cutting. Using Cox internet.

Bought this cable modem to replace the one from time Warner and don't notice any difference except the $10 aonth they were charging me.

So far I have no complaints about this modem. The connection is fast and strong, and it was easy to set up. Well done so far (have only had it for about a month, so I can't comment on the reliability right now).
