I have had my router and modem in my bedroom for many years. This one has a bright blue light that shines through the sides and lights up the room. Will be moving it to another room soon.

needed to buy a router and one of the best buy sales rep. recommended this product. he said he was using it as well. since i bought it, no problem.

This fixed my wifi issue i thought it was the router and i got this modem and nighthawk router...love it. Better than midco's stuff

This is the same highend one that the cable company uses. Why pay monthly for it when you can own it and get Best Buy support

This was a nice upgrade from our old router - allowing better connection speeds for our devices. It took a bit to get the speed through a hard line when I first tried it but overall I've been very happy

This cable modem has a lot of great features that help you to customize your network but only has 1 LAN network port on back.

Replaced my Time Warner Cable modem with this modem. Great connection and have not had a problem with my router being Netgear.

This is a good modem to install & use. Updated to a surfboard to improve speed & service. The only minor issues is the bright indicating lights, at night it lights the whole room. Still great equipment!

This was recommended by a best buy associate and when comcast came to hook everything up said it doesnt work and need to get another one. Not sure if this was just the one I had or all of them

Purchased this item to work with my WiFi/internet package with Comcast. No extra fees when you own your equipment.

I purchased this modem to use with Charter. It registered with their system just like it was supposed to and I was up and running.

Has worked much better than the one Mediacom decided to make me rent. Plus it pays for itself in just 6 months.
