    I previously had a TWC cable modem and it would drop out every once in a while. This modem is much better. I am very happy with it so far!

    Bought this to replace the supplied box by Suddenlink. Was able to get it hook up and activated with Suddenlink with no problems. Have much better signial and connections in our house.

    I am not sure if it is this or the wireless router I have or if it is the cable connection. I don't think it is the cable connection, but either way it is not the best choice for a modem.
