    I have had to reset this modem several times now and it's getting irritating. To begin with; I couldn't set it up online with Cox so I had to call in and it took some doing to get it working. It drops service often, and we have to wait for it to cycle through or like I said reset it. This was recommended by the staff even. Not sure if I got a faulty one or what. Close to returning it. When other does work it seems to work great..
