The man that helped us almost made fun of the fact that we really didn’t know what kind of product we needed. I would think if he would have given us some common curtesy he could of helped us a great deal in determining what we needed.

Although it said it could handle speeds up to 350, I couldn't get more than 80 (I have a 250 service),, and it continually cycled off and restarted. It could be I had a bad one, but the 6190 is receiving much better and was t that much more.

Flaky modem

Unfortunately this modem would work fine for a few days, then hang or reboot itself. i tried everything to figure out what was happening. In the end i had to return the faulty modem and i bought the SB6183 which has been flawless for hte last 2 weeks.
