Bummer...Not compatible with cable phone service

But unfortunately, there's no phone jack connection. So if you have phone service with them then this is not the right modem since they are VOIP and the phone wire plugs into the modem directly... Bummer! For those with internet service only or Internet/TV bundle..not phone service.
