Did not stay connected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The set up was not easy because we miss read the B in the serial number as an 8 (it would be so great if they could make the number bigger. Once we finally got connected, it would not stay connected. Every 2 to 15 minutes it was disconnecting and trying to find a signal. We finally returned it for a different brand modem.

Works well but doesn't play well with other brands

High speed doesn't work due to unknown and unexpected limitations with the router. Had to call in to service tech for the router and modem before limitations were understood. Might have to go out and buy a new router to maximize the modems capabilities.
