I have to constantly reboot both modem and router to keep them connected. I plan on returning for an upgraded model that allows me to plug my MAC wireless router directly into the back of the modem. very frustrating.

A few days later, we lost connection. We spent hours on the phone with both the cable company and Motorola. After all was said and done, Motorola told us to take it back and get a different model. Very frustrating.
