Too expensive and it seems slow

But inpayed a lot for this modem thinking the speed would be good. The service is 3 times what I used to have with my old modem and his gets disconnected all the time. Weird. Don't recmend it

This is not a phone modem. That is what I needed.

However, it has no phone jack input which I need for my landline and fax. Online research says this device is compatible with T/W, but made no mention of phone. I had to return it.

Not Approved By Comcast

Even though this is one on approved list for TWC there is no phone hook up. In fact none of modems on the approved list have telephone hook ups. So returned this item to the store.

Not bad for the price

It loses connection sporadically through the day for system checks and updates. Not a 100% reliable connection. When it finally breaks or I get tired of dealing with it I will choose another option for a replacement.
