Time Warner was less than helpful, but finally worked,

I bought this on a recommendation from a spectrum representative. It had to be restarted every other day, or daily. I returned it and bought a Ubee cable modem that works well.

It is relatively cheap compare to the other name brands.

I ended up returning this for the SB6190. My speed should be 200 megabytes, ut most the time it wouldn't get past 25. The 6190 has worked more reliably and I'm receiving the speed.

Only got a new modem because my internet provider said I needed one. I notice no increase in performance, and it puts out so much blue light! I have my desk top in a guest room / office and have to either cover the modem or disconnect so people can sleep.

Product was over priced, was expecting it have a longer cable to plug into computer but was not. Also, when ordering was led to believe it had the option to be wireless connection too. Not solely cable connection. Very misleading.

I bought this because my Internet connection was sluggish and sometimes we dropped the connection. I was told by a sales person at Best Buy that this product would be good. But I have not noticed any difference.... Still bad.. It could be a COX issue.

Not quite sure about this brand. Twice now since I've had this item, my internet stopped working. I had to unplug it and plug it back in a few times before my internet came back. Never had this problem with my previous Motorola brand.

It does what it's supposed to do. I only have 50 meg internet so I can't say it does 100% of the speed stated. The only annoyance is the lights aren't a standard red / green for working not working. It is easy enough to tell I have connectivity though.

I have 20 M download line with comcast but the internet is having poor speed. I use TV as well which is directly connected to comcasr line and having great quality. Not worth to the money. I have noticed poor performnce of this against my DOCSIS 2.0

The range is ok for what we needed it for. We only have a two bedroom apartment, and the signal does cover the entire area but barely. It is cheaper to buy a modem rather than renting from the cable company, so i would recomend this.

After some confusion over at Comcast, the modem appears to work just fine. It has a blinking light that it apparently isn't supposed to have, but this doesn't appear to interfere with function (??). So far, so good.

I was not happy with range and speed on 2.4 g. On 5g it was working fine but in my another room range was very poor so I returned it and bought another on netgear. I mean once you can try , i would not say its bad

While I like this modem given its speed and reputation of reliability, I did have to return 2 modem before the third one was able to connect with my provider. (Problem with the identification number needed to register the device.)

This is a very good modem with 8-channel downstream data speeds up to 343.1 Mbps. however, most of this kind of modems is $59.99 instead of 67.99. Thus, if the price is $59.99, it will make more sense.
