Instructions were super simple, yet couldn't get it to connect to the internet after a good two hours of trying. Looked like an awsome buy, I just couldn't figure it out.

Couldn't get this product to work. Called best buy and net gear. Net gear told me all my equipment had a virus. Both best buy and net gear wanted 100.00 to fix the problem...

Great while in use unfortunately my internet company upgrade its WiFi system and this WiFi modem became incompatible

This modem was fine but i needed a router with it. I am a time warner customer and I wanted to save some cash so I bought my own. Works well I just needed a modem and router in one.

only reason i gave it 3 stars is due to only having 1 Ethernet port, i probably didn't do my research before purchasing but a weird design choice non the less

This product is a great for with the download, but when one wants to upload something it take a long time. I wish this was a little better

It is a good modem, but it will not handle anything but telephone calls. I needed one which would handle both phone calls and internet use. This does not do that.

Did not work with AT&T internet. Looked nice and was small and good on space would be nice if worked with my internet.

I did not read the review thoroughly and did not notice it did not have wifi. For what the product is it worked fine but I was looking for a product with wifi.

I purchased this at Best Buy because the price was $100 less than the all in one modem and router devices, the router is have is relatively new and works well. Installation was slow and after several days of no signal the modem finally started working right. It takes time to adjust to the constant flashing red light, it never goes solid. Even though this modem claims to be faster than my 10 yr old Motorola modem, it's not. I notice slower download speeds on my tablet immediately.

Needed to replace my Xfinity modem wifi router. Bought it mistakenly.... thought it had wifi router built in. It's fine if you just need a cable modem.

I was informed that Spectrum would not be charging the $10 per month any longer so I didn't need this modem. It has been returned in unopened box

I had to buy a new modem,I was told this modem would work for my needs, but since installing this my internet speed had decreased.

It was a good cable modem if that's what I needed. However, I really needed a wireless modem and this modem was not the right fit for my needs.

We were not overly thrilled with this. We ended up getting something better. I do not recommend.

This is my second one. The first one burned up right before the 30day return policy. This one ive had to reset several times im not 100% happy

This is a really basic cable modem. I purchased it looking to have an interval firewall & configure it more--it's not one of those. Its very limited in it's administrative settings (perhaps restricted by the provider -- Cox). The documentation is limited as far as web setup and need to hunt via the web. If you're one who wants a little more security in an appliance & are more technical, it may not be the best bet for you--unless you're buying an add-on product to supplement it.

Works great no complaints. I'm sure there are higher end modems but for the money this one is very good. It is exactly as advertised.

I purchased this Modem on Oct 11, 2014 because Comcast promised increased speeds with a DOCSIS 3.0 High-Speed Cable Modem. However, I did not notice any increase in speeds. Furthermore, the modem stopped working after less than 5 weeks. The current modem is a free replacement from Best Buy. No increased speeds yet. And I hope this one lasts for more than 5 weeks.

Well, I was told that this modem would have plenty of power to reach through my house. As it turns out, once I am about 25 feet away, the reception drops off dramatically. Furthermore, I lose connection to the internet 2 or 3 times a day - EVERY DAY. The upside to this purchase is that I didn't pay hundreds of dollars for it. But, based on its performance, I would have been better of doing so for a different modem.
