Works Great!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This modem works great and on my current service plan (100 down / 10 up) I am getting around 70 down / 12 up on my iPhone and 100 down / 12 up on my laptop. No issues and webpages load super fast and any streaming video (Hulu, etc.) starts up in HD without any delay. The lights are a little bright, but that really isn't an issue for me.

Keep having to reset

I have had the device for a little less than 2 months and have to keep resetting the modem to maintain speeds. Just before having to reset, modem slows down speeds to just over 1mps after reset get speeds back up to 60mps.

After lots of time on the phone, found out it wouldn't download updated software correctly and needed to return it for another modem.
