It has trouble with 2-3 devices using the bandwidth. For about 75% of the time, it works as it should.

Need to upgrade my cable modem from DOCSIS 2.0. Had no problem. Easy activation setup (open a browser, just follow steps). Take no more then 15 mins. Highly recommend. Read review between the black vs white modem for SB6141. Black modem is older modem (firmware not updated). Spend a little more $$$ getting white modem. I always buy my cable modem (NEVER rent from cable company). I never had any problem over the years

This worked ok, but it only lasted a year. Glad I paid for the extra protection.

Had to return. Would not work with our basic systems like TVs, laptop and xbox

Purchased this modem to use with time warner now spectrum. Spectrum has modified the firmware on the device so that other isp's can not use this despite it belonging to you. Arris will not offer a fix and does not support the device after short warranty expires. This is not a hardware issue and would be simple and cheap to fix.

I've been struggling with this modem and my Comcast connection for the 2 months I've owned it. Download is so slow it is unusable. I can't believe Best Buy is selling this considering it doesn't work properly if your ISP is Comcast. Google it if you don't believe me, many have had the same problem. Do not waste your money on this brick.

Set up went well connecting Windows and android ,but definitely wasn't made for easy iOS setup

I was unable to maintain wifi connection, even after moving unit to room I was in.

It doesn’t not have a good WiFi range at all. And it’s only a router.

This modem is much better than the TWC rentals. We only got occasional lag and stutters, but that should not have been the case since we are paying for high tier internet. This modem is much faster and was very easy to set up. We used to have to limit how many devices we were using at once with our router but with this modem, it can handle all our devices at once without a problem now. Great buy and glad I did, would recommend to anyone looking for a better modem/boost.

Item was not compatible with Comcast. They couldn't get it to work with there system.

It was working great. Then it suddenly died at 2 years mark. No power light comes up and the modem is dead as a brick. Tried different power adapter and many working outlets. It just won't start. Disappointing. All other modems I had in the past at least worked 4 years before started to have issues.

I am new to cable Internet, so I have no other cable model to compare this too. I took it out of the box, plugged in in, called Comcast, and I had Internet. Took about 5 minutes. I ran the speed test, and I am getting a little over what Comcast promised. Paired with a Netgear N600 (also from Best Buy) and it handles the traffic from over ten networked devices flawlessly. I had a small issue with the first modem I brought home. Comcast said it was already registered to another house. The folks at Best Buy fixed me up with a new one with no issues or hassle, and all was well with the replacement. Speed, reliable, easy, and great Best Buy service... I would buy another in a heartbeat.

Not strong enough to provide high speed service to my cup iPad and phone.

It meets standards of my internet provider, but, my internet speed was not enhanced.

Despite what it said on the box I was not able to use this modem with Xfinity. Returned one thinking it could be a bad modem, but had same problem with 2nd (download speeds <1MBps, should be >15). Swapped for Mortorola 6121 and it works great.
