Doesn’t work for the reason I wanted it to work for

Could not get this to work on our network. Had to return it.

My girlfriend searched and this was the best for the money. Have not been disappointed, easy to hook up and has worked great!

Hopefully the exchange process will be painless.!!

Purchased this product to remedy paying a monthly rental fee from my internet provider. Made more sense to have my own without any extra charges on my bill. So far no issues with the performance. Very good connection. Very easy to setup once I contacted my ISP things were simple. Only issue I have with the product is that there isn't an off button.

Constantly have to reboot or it lags. Would not buy again!!!

I've had this modem for two years to use with TWC internet. It is fast, reliable, and it paid for itself after 8 months.

You have to at least in plug it once a week to make it work

difficult to set up. customer support was useless.

Took back..would not work..replaced it with Netgear

I would like to thank my local Best Buy for price matching to the sale Amazon price. After reading reviews on this Modem and its compatibility with my service provider, that being Comcast, I thought it would be a wise purchase. My previous modem also was purchased through Best Buy because of its location. In-Store shopping matters when it comes to needing equipment quick.

Comcast says NG to this particular model.returned.

This modem runs much faster than my previous modem. It was easy to set up, worked great right out of the box.

Worst modem I've ever used!! Very slow sporatic speeds.

Our rented cable modem crapped out on us after a few years so we decided to buy one instead to save a little money on our cable bill. I'm not super tech-savvy, but I can usually troubleshoot and fix basic computer issues without having to contact customer support. After a little research online and then going to the store, we found this cable modem for $79.99. They had another model at a slower speed but it was $10.00 more...not sure why. Didn't realize I had a $10.00 Best Buy reward certificate on my account so I actually got this for $69.99 plus tax...even better! Set-up took all of 5 minutes, called cable company to activate which took about another 10 minutes and we were good to go! Super simple to set-up. great price and super fast internet speed...so far, so good...highly recommend!

I bought this modem when my ISP offered faster Internet, but required a DOCSIS 3.0 modem. After doing a little research, I discovered this modem. It is very fast and very small. Hooking it up is very easy, as are all modems.

This is an excellent modem, but I returned mine and bought the less expensive SB6121. The SB6141 will handle speeds up to 343.1 and the SB5121 will handle speeds up to 120 Mbps. Unless you have an internet connection that is above 120 Mbps you will not (at least in my opinion) get any benefit from this modem over the SB5121. If you buy this modem you will not regret it, well maybe a little in the wallet but It's fast, easy to set up (well there is no set up) you internet provider does all the work. So unless you are very fortunate and have a service provider that offer +300 Mbps stick with the SB5121 or the Zoom 5341J.

I bought this modem today and installed it and called Time Warner Cable to activate it, I had 50 Mbps, but since I'll be returning my Time Warner Cable modem, I save $10.00 a month, so I decided to upgrade to 100 Mbps since it's only $10.00 extra a month, and after that I tested the speed, and I got 103 Mbps downstream and 10 Mbps upstream. This modem handles 100 Mbps downstream no problem no issues.
