This is a nice cable modem for its price. This modem has been running for months without having a reboot. I had other modems that I had rebooted several times in a month. This SURFboard is solid. The performance is great but be warn that the blue LED light on this modem is extremely bright.

They will happily rent you a cheap all-in-one cable modem and router for $10 (or more!) a month. Or you could buy this excellent cable modem, plus it into an entry level router, own them forever (or the three to five years they typically last) and put a couple hundred bucks in your pocket. No brainer. This Moto step-up unit is very good. Easy to install; maintains a rock-solid connection with Time Warner for me.

I just bought this Modem and all i can say is WOW! Had the cable company come out as I was not getting the maximun download speeds I was paying for. Come to find out, the previous Modem I purchased just 9 months ago (the 6121) only had 4 channels and the cable company said that was my issue. Well they were right! If you are wanting a great modem for a great price without paying for the TOP END one that the majority of people DO NOT need, then this is the one! I only wish I could return the 6121 I just purchased 9 months ago so I could of saved some money,

My linksys modem quit after only 10 months so I thought I would try an Arris,this model is somewhat faster and super easy to set up.Hopefully it will last two years or more,I am tired of buying new modems all the time.Seems to work great.

This is a great High Speed Modem. Works Great with Comcast. Great Speed. Good Value.

GEt this one instead of the one comast offers. This is much better in performance.

I have been using for 6 months with Time Warner and everything is great. It was a big improvement from DSL service with AT&T. Speeds are much faster and never get stuck browsing with pages not loading. I only wish I would have went with this setup years ago!

So far so good. Two weeks in and it's working. Needed to upgrade to get faster speeds.

super fast, works really great with xfinity internet, performance or blast. with blast i get up to 50 mbps, which is blazing fast.

This modem works really well. Easy to set up, and works like a modem should.

Don't rent a modem from your ISP, buy this one. It's solid.

I bought the modem to change the current one I had leased from Comcast, I am glad I did. The performance is great. It was easy to setup and works great with my new router.

I viewed the video to understand functionality. This was on the recommended list from the cable company and worked first time beautifull. Pleased with how easy this was to set up. Great value from Best Buy.

Had this modem for a few weeks and it just plane works.

Had a 200 dollar net gear gateway that was only a year old prior to buying this. I have 150Mbps with comcast and wasn't getting anywhere close to the speed I was paying for. After much research I decided to see if swapping my old net gear out for this would help and man WHAT AN IMPROVEMENT!. Before the I hooked up this modem I was only getting 50Mbps at best over wifi and now after hooking up this modem to my Airport Extreme I'm averaging 120Mbps over wireless and over 150Mbps on a wired connection. This is hands down the best modem I've ever purchased the signal output is more than double the strength my net gear could pull. An absolute must buy if you are trying to improve or upgrade your home network!.

Very good inexpensive modem, saves me $15 per month. Never drops connection. Has 300mb/sec limit though.
