works great, just don't buy it if you need one rested to 300mbps. Time Warner will only taste this up to 100.

I have owned several Docsis 3.0 modems and this one is the best Value for money when buying from a store.

Does what it says on the tin. This cable modem works great for Comcast/Xfinity for the foreseeable future.

This is one of the modems accepted by TWC. It saves me $$ by not paying leasing fees to TWC. Very reliable and fast.

I paid $94 for this modem in Sept. 2014 and it worked pretty well until recently. This week I noticed that the internet went down a few times, but I assumed it was due to the rarely reliable TWC internet services. We woke up today to an Xmas suprise... a dead modem! No more blindingly bright blinking lights on the front and no more internet no matter what I try. I've never had a modem die this fast, but it's conveniently about 4 months past it's warranty so now I need to buy a new modem and a night light since I had grown accustomed to that room being lit up by this thing.

This modem has worked flawlessly for the past 2 months with no resets. Would purchase again.

After replacing my 1.5 year old modem.router with a new modem router (which lasted less than 2 weeks), I went for a separate modem router - and the Arris has worked fine .. the router turned out be defective and was replaced within 2 days ... now nearly a month after the first fail - everything is working fine - the wifi, the internet, and so on ... I only hope I do not go through this nonsense in another 1.5 years.

I'm not a big tech person, but I haven't had any issues with this modem. It's doing great!

were renting our modem from cable company and bought our own to save rental charge, Was easy to set up.

Modem works as advertised and it's great to not have to pay rent to my cable provider.

Didn't notice it only had one network port so I can't run it to two different device at once but it works well enough through my router.

Love the product. Works like its suppose to. We are happy with the product.
