    If you're looking to cut down your cable internet bill, then this is a good start. I personally prefer a separate router and modem, however this offers a good features for a combo.

    had to get comcast to come install. Not an easy set up for my internet service. Sometimes takes several attempts to connect when I log on. Old modem did not do that.

    My other router was a belkin. At least once a week I had to unplug it to rest it so it would work. I have not had any issues with this one.

    Super easy to remove the old cable modem and install the Arris! No more renting from the cable company. Should have done this years ago!

    Our other modem crapped out. This one has great reach throughout our house and enough Ethernet ports to directly plug in if we need to.
