Didn't do the job

Seemed that the signal wasn't as strong in other parts of the house. Was not impressed...wished I had returned it while I could.

Not as good as Spectrum issued

Unreliable

Modem wouldn’t activate properly and was only receiving half of isp signal unreliable unit left me disappointed apparently this is a common issue with this model according to arris huge let down since my prior modems from them have been nothing short of stellar.
