working properly. no issues so far.... really nice

We like the device. It replaced an old modem that was out if date. We did have to call the cable company to get it set up properly and could not just plug it in. But that was because of the cable service. I would recommend this device to everyone. It's fast and we have not had any problems with the bandwidth slowing down.

I love this modem, do not go off, and run smoothly

I had purchase a cable modem/wireless router combined and it didn't fare very well. However, when replaced with this modem and a high-power router, i received every bit of data power i was paying for.

The modem works well. Had trouble with the first one it wouldn't connect to the Internet. Comcast wi Fi told me I needed to take it back and get another one. I did and the exchange went great. No hassle! New one works great. I am well satisfied.

When Comcast said I needed to upgrade my cable modem this was a device that was on their list and cost less than 10 months of leasing the same device from Comcast.

I had to upgrade my internet modem to support Comcast requirements. This modem was on the Comcast list for my service. I use mainly connected to desktop PC and will support other products, eg tablet, phone, laptop in close proximity. I use for mainly email, internet searches and some gaming.

I dont know if it's my router or modem that has been causing slow downs lately, but the job gets done without having to unplug and replug every couple hours like the rented ones.

Seems as if Internet slowed down after I switched modem.

It is a cable modem, Comcast said we HAD to upgrade and this one they said was great and affordable. So we got it. It does what it is meant to do... Comcast is still calling and saying we need to upgrade our modem.

This is an easy setup, but you do have to call your provider to activate. other than that, plug and play. Save on your cable bill! Pays for itself in less than a year!

Comcast called and asked me to update to a docsis 3.0 so I selected this modem from their website. This modem did not improve my speed at all compared to the 7 year old modem I replaced. I suppose updating to the new docsis must not have anything to do with speed.

Very, very easy to install - plug in the power - plug in the cable from the wall - plug in the cable to the computer and your done. Well, almost - then you have to deal with COMCAST to actually get it accepted by them.

Love the color and it's just right for what I need.

this works great for my family, have not had any issues with it, only problem is the blue light on the front is very bright and lights up the whole room at night.

Average modem. Used daily to provide wifi for a pc, iPad, two phones, and a cable box. It lasted for about one year. I upgraded to a more expensive modem. I would recommend getting Geek Squad.

This product has not given me connection issues since I purchased it 4 months ago. It was easy to set up and find the username/password. I bought it at a discounted price so this was a steal.
