Bought this, my second Motorola modem, to upgrade to DOCSIS 3.0 . I was very pleased with my old Motorola modem, which prompted me to buy another. I am very pleased with my purchase.

My cable company required me to buy a new cable modem for their "faster" speeds and this was the best priced option at the store. It works about as well as the old modem (which I liked well enough) so no complaints from me!

I did not see any difference in the Internet speed it was all the same from the Motorola 2.0 that I previosly had and I also upgraded my cox Internet and I still cannot notice anything so I decided to down grade again

Very good product. Easy set up and works with no problem. I replaced my old modem in 10 minutes. I will recommend it to everyone who is tired to pay rent to the cable company.

Bought it so I would not have to rent Comcast's. Good value for the money. Only one Ethernet connection, but if you are using wi-Fi technology...you should be ok. No problems except Comcast connection from time to time...

I purchased this modem because I had slow speeds with xfinity and they were charging 7 bucks per month rental. Since obtaining this product I've been very satisfied.

I myself can't see any difference in the speed of my internet..maybe just be me. It is still slow not sure by purchasing this item if it was worth the cost. Haven't tried streaming from the internet to my smart tv yet.

This modem has lasted over two years. Considering what I'm saving by not paying Xfinity $10 a month to rent a modem, it has more than paid for itself.

We were having tons of trouble with the device provided by our satellite company and wanted something more modern. This fit the bill and my husband had it up and running before I even missed out on internet access.

This is a great way to escape the $8/month fee Comcast charges to rent their equipment. In less then a year the modem has bought itself and by spending the extra for the warranty it is guaranteed for two years.

I bought this when I moved where only Comcast service was available. Used together with a Belkin router for 1.5 years and the speed became quite slow and we changed to a netgear.

I use this modem with my xfinity internet and it works great. I can stream movies and shows on netflix with no buffering.

I decided to stop paying the cable company the monthly rental fee for their modem so I bought the Motorola Surfboard. I am happy with this product & recommend it.

No issues at all, basic, solid little modem. One connection drop right at the beginning of installation, since then nothing. Stable connection for over a month.

Arris is our go to brand for modems, with owning our own we don't have to pay the internet company any equipment fees and can upgrade as needed.

Got time warner cable internet and needed a Motorola modem, picked this one up and hadn't had any issues. Great modem for fast internet browsing and streaming....

This Motorola is excellent. It is DOCSIS 3 which works well with faster speed internet service providers. Supported by Cox my service provider. No problems

I have had this cable modem for over a month and it is a very serviceable modem. It is very easy to install as long as you can get into your cable provider

All I had to do is contact my service provider and let them connect to the modem. Worked quickly after this. No issues and I have been hooked up for a month.

I bought this modem so I didn't have to rent from Comcast. It's been a few months and so far so good. My connection speeds are still the same even with multiple devices running at the same time.
