Bought this for my parents when they moved to California; it is an updated version of the one they had and it hasn't had a single issue

Fast, reliable, easy - says it all. Oh, it looks good doing it too.

I tried a few cheaper lower end models. Found this one to be definitely worth the higher price.

I had no issues with this device, I did, however, have issues with setup and Comcast Xfinity, even though this is a device clearly listed as a 3.0 modem that is compatible with their services. I had to do several restarts with an online assistant to get it to work. Just be wary - this may be more of a Comcast thing than an issue with the device.

It does the job and have had no problems using it.

The product improved my internet speed tremendously. I upgraded to a 20Mbps Comcast service simply because I thought I didn't have fast-enough internet. Comcast sold me the connection, but things didn't get better. An employee at Best Buy helped me out and picked this modem and an N900 router. Ever since then, I've actually downgraded to a slower Internet speed and had better performance than my old modem/router on the 20Mbps Internet. Highly recommend!

Bought because my old linksys died. It performs well , have had only 1 or 2 signal drops compared to a weekly issue with my last one. Believe it is an ISP issue with a weak signal, not the modem's fault. I would recommend this to anyone.

I bought this modem on 20 Jan 2012 and this was a great modem up until 2 days ago when Comcast updated the firmware. There have been untold amounts of disconnects which has basically made any kind of internet activity useless. When I am connected, I get at steady 25M Download and 3M Upload speeds, but it only lasts for about 20 minutes. When the modem gets disconnected it lasts for about 20 minutes... It is extremely annoying and I am about to return this modem.

Hooked it up and it has been working ever since (about a month). I love my ~20mb download speed. Great product.

Easy setup. Provisioned easy. No cons. Have had about two weeks.

This modem is rock solid. The connection and speeds are good and the set up was easy as pie.

Easy to set up, have reset it only once in 60 days. Old one i was reseting every day

We needed to replace our cable modem and this was one of the supported models by my ISP. It is what it is. Nothing negative to say about it.

Bought this to replace the one from my ISP. Will pay for it self in 6 months.

I bought this to replace my cable modem from Comcast that I'm renting. Unfortunetly I also have phone service from Comcast that goes through my cable modem box. This cable modem does not support both internet and telephone and so it's useless to me and I will have to return it. I spent 15 minutes in the store talking with the sales person and he never mentioned the lack of telephone support. I just got off the phone with Best Buy and they said they do not sell a cable modem that supports both and I need to keep renting. I guess I'm in a very unique position.

I hook it up in minutes , it took Comcast for ever to add the MAC address.

It does what it's supposed to do and is easy to install and set up.

Much Much better than any modem your cable company will provide

This is holding up good so far with no issues at all.
