Good product, reasonably expedient shipping

I've used it several weeks for basic internet tasking (emails, site visits, some downloads). Item seems equivalent, perhaps better, than the TWC modem. I'VE NOT USED THIS FOR STREAMING AS I DON'T HAVE HARDWARE SO I'VE NO IDEA HOW WELL IT WORKS FOR THIS APPLICATOIN.

Easy to assemble out of the box, hook up and connect with the Internet Service Provider. Good to move onto DOCSYS 3.0 from 2.0. Stability with the Internet Service Provider improved after I installed this modem. Would highly recommend.

great price for the speed and easy use

So I did and I am so glad it's perfect for small apartment use and steaming. I get around 25mbps I love it. Did mention it's way cheaper than anything else?

Great for getting rid of rental fee

If your using a DSL line for for business use this is the modem for you. Motorola has better modems in the same line if you have a faster connection at your business or home.

Great product

Glad I did. I was having problems with my connection and this solved it. It did require me calling the cable company to set up. Smooth sailing after that.
