Does what it needs to do. Handles any internet speed we're going to be getting with ease. I could've gotten a fancier one, but this will last me and be fast enough till DOCSIS 3.0 becomes obsolete.

This modem is great. Instantly saw better results when streaming in mutiple rooms. Comcast will try to hassle you that it does not work, but don't fret, it does and better than the one they provide.

It does what it says and it works with Comcast internet. We selcected it because we have an old house and very thick walls. The Comcast installed said it was a good choice based on the walls we have.

I have Comcast Xfinity and got a bundle package. They suggested purchasing the modem to avoid monthly charges and save money. This modem has worked perfectly. Good price and I have had no issues.

As above, its small and super easy to set up and use. Its almost too small, but so far, it allows flow of data so much faster than anything Time Warner gave me.

Best cable modem to replace a rental modem with Xfinity. Now I can save $10 each month by not having to rent a cable modem with Xfinity and I've seen double the speed compared to the rental. My Xfinity speed: Rental modem = 50 Mbps~ This modem = 120 Mbps~

I actually bought this to replace an older one hoping it would be faster, but I guess the old one was just as fast. I'm happy with it, can't beat the price, prob should've done a little more research on speed comparison, could've saved 50 bucks!

My cable company informed me that the modem I was using was no longer compatible with the new, higher speeds that their systems were generating. After consulting with the cable company & checking the reviews on this model, I purchased it. It was a breeze to set up and it has performed as all the reviews said it did. A great modem. Very satisfied.

I bought this cable modem after I got tired of leasing one from my cable company. I don't know anything about cable modem's so I purchased this one at the recommendation of the sales rep. So far, so good. It's fast enough for what we use internet for which is browsing online and streaming online movies.

I bought this modem since Comcast upgraded to DOCSIS 3.0 in the hopes that our Internet speeds would improve. The speed did improve somewhat and I no longer get hassled by Comcast to upgrade. This modem was on their list and had favorable reviews. It was very easy to setup -- it took all of 5 minutes.

This DOCSYS 3.0 modem does what it is designed and built to do and I have had zero issues with it in the month I have had it in use. I get great online speeds with it and am totally satisfied.

I have been renting the modem from the cable company for two years, when they increase the rent to $6.99, I decide to buy my own and save money in the future. So far I have nothing to complain about my new modem. I have it for more than a month now

Had this up and running for two weeks now. Easy to set up, easy to manage, works wonderful! Great for not having to pay comcast $x a month for a rental.

Not much to say. I plugged it in and activated it on my comcast account and it worked. I used a laptop directly connected to the modem via Cat6 cable, not over my internal home network. Immediate big speed jump in home network. all is good.

I did my research and read previous reviews on this product and decided for the quality and price, this was and is the best modem for me and I'm sure it would be for you. The range and signal strength are adequate for your normal size home.

It works as intended. Definitely the way to go if you're a Comcast customer, because you not only save on modem rental fees, but you're not forced to share your internet connection with the entire neighborhood. Newer Comcast rental modems broadcast a signal that can be used by anyone near your modem. It's not only insecure, it slows down your speed if you have this newer type of rental modem. Therefore, if you're a Comcast customer, you have an incentive to buy your own modem.and this model is certified to work with their system, which not all modems are.

I have a basic internet connection. Typically, with the given equipment, you can notice the speed limitation of your connection. With this while I know my connection is at a limited max speed it works fluently enough that you don't notice it.
