I bought this modem to replace a Comcast one that was limiting my wifi speed. so far Ii am getting the advertised speed or better which I could not get with the Comcast modem.

This modem can handle my internet speeds. I have not lost a signal and it can handle all of my devices. I continually have my laptop and phone connected and often my tablet.

i had 30 down from ISP but seemed to only be getting 5 or 6 running a speed test, now I'm consistently getting 12-15 down at the minimum and it's already paid for itself

I have two of these modems and they work great. I never have problems or need to reboot it.

The local cable company recommended this product and it has worked great since it was installed. I would recommend buying your own instead of renting it from the cable company.

excellent modem. easy to install. i have had no problems and should have purchased it long time ago when time warner started charging $5.99 to lease theirs. great investment.

I was looking to replace my cable provider's cable modem and this was the recommended unit. It works just fine by me, a bit finicky at first, but after the first several days, performance has gotten consistent.

I was having trouble streaming a movie and finally got around to hooking this one up that I had purchased. Everything is fine, but like all new modems, you need to make sure the service provider has the new number for it to be allowed on their network. (Also the reason I stalled for awhile) as the hardest part was going through all the questions before you can get to a person and say "All I want is to give you the new MAC address and the serial number" then it works well and my one movie streamed fine.

I recently moved and instead of Renting the Modem from the Cable Co I purchased this and already had a Router, perfect for my needs and works great! Def pays for itself.

I still remember the fuss that i used to face while connecting my previous modems and this gives me the perfect example of plug and play concept. really a nice product.

This product works with my comcast network cable internet. I bought it so that i wouldnt have to rent my cable modem any longer. It works well and I have not had any issues.

This unit was a snap to install and easy to set up. I'll be saving money every month over renting one from the cable company.

I tired of leasing the Time Warner modem - this was on their recommended list. Set up was easy. One phone call to Time Warner to activate - and it's been great since then.

Needed an upgrade for my Internet service. Best Buy had a great price on this modem which I met my requirements. It installed without issues, requiring only one reset.

Easy to setup except having to be on hold for a while with cable company while they activated their end. Will save nearly $7 per month over renting cable company's modem.

Works as advertised. Handles our max available internet speed without issues. Would recommend purchasing this device rather than renting from cable/internet providers.

I bought this just because my current Internet provider is going to be charging me more monthly to rent their modem. Glad I did though. Very easy to set up. No problems.

In the past I have not always had good fortune with Motorola products but with this item on sale I thought I would give it another try. I was looking for a new modem that a family member could use to eliminate their monthly rental fee. I have not heard any complaints from them yet about it's use. I feel as though it might also have less overheating issues such as that I have experienced myself with my "Zoom" modem. Over all just make sure your modem is combatable with your internet provider.
