It serves our home very fast internet and has no troubleshooting at all this is great for the first time buying a modem !

It works great ! Note : no wifi I did try the other model that had wifi/modem . I did think it was as good, wifi kept turning (off and on) for no rhyme or reason.

I ordered this based on the requirements my cable company said I needed and it worked! Is saving me money on the monthly modem rental my cable company was asking for.

this is not a wifi modem, it has the benefit so that in case modem breaks down, you dont have to reconfigure the wifi on the new one. It works flawlessly so far.

I just attached the cable, plugged it in and it worked. I checked the speed at 30 Mbps.

I hated paying an extra $10 a month for the Comcast rental. This pays for itself in less than a year. Great purchase!

Works way better than my old modem. Which was from comcast that I was getting for free. Once that died and they made me pay I upgraded. Should have done it before.

Great cable modem decent price sleek design makes it easy to put away instead of that bulky wireless gateway that comcast has im overall happy with this product

This ARRIS - SURFboard DOCSIS 3.0 High-Speed Cable Modem works great with Mediacom high speed internet. It says me a fee or $7.50 per month for their modem.

Got tired of renting. Read the reviews on this modem (recommended by my isp). Some said it was hard to install, others said it was easy. I'd say easy as it took about 10-15 minutes to get it installed and up and running. Since the install I've had no problems with the unit or it's performance. Highly recommend this modem.

I was recommended by a friend to buy this modom. I have been using it just for a month. So far it works fine. Hopefully it will work for at least 3 years. Then I will come back to give it 5 star.

I bought this for my father-in-law, he doesn't d not have wifi or Internet access previously. It does everything we needed it to do and was easy to setup.

Comcast required this in an effort to get the highest speeds possible. Works and was exactly what we needed to enable multiple xboxes to game online together.

works well. I have not had any issues with this product. It is definitely better than the Time Warner Cable modem.

This product is perfect, it does not slow down nor do I have troubles with it. It also goes up to 343 Mbps not even the highest speed internet goes up that high so you'll be great with this product
