Does all I need it to do. Works great. Its an alternative to renting the modem from my cable provider.

I recently purchased this modem for a new internet subscription to Xfinity and have been using it for a month. I haven't had any issues so far.

My server required that I get a new modem. I decided to combine my modem and router by purchasing this Arris-SURFboard Docsis 3.0 High-Speed cable modem and I am pleased with it.

I bought this to replace a modem that I had thru my cable company. It hooks up easy and I had no trouble getting it connected thru my cable provider.

I purchased this modem due to the highest rating comcast tested this model. This assured me that I'll have years of use and support if needed.

I unplugged my old modem and hooked this one up and called my internet provider and i was set up and going in minutes and it works great

This would be a great modem for a single person or person that does not really stream a lot. I have 4 people living under my roof and it simply could not keep up with all the gaming and streaming. We are cord cutters, so we stream and game, and with everyone online this modem just could not handle the traffic. We returned this modem and stepped up to a much more expensive Motorola modem and it works fine. I give it five stars as it would have worked fine for a single person, I just needed a much more powerful and capable modem.

I bought this in store. It was the ONLY wired option they had, so I went with it. We don't want absolutely everything in our house to be wifi so this was a good solution for a wired modem. It was EASY to set up, WORKED from the start without any issues, & has been great for almost 2 years. I WOULD buy this again & DO recommend it!

This modem does exactly what it is supposed to do. I have had no problems with it. The internet runs smoothly and I have yet to reset it.

So far this product has worked well, had decent range for a 4 br house. It was pretty easy to set up for myself (semi technically inclined).

This modem works great. It's also a great thing to pick up so you don't have to keep paying the rental fee to your internet provider.

Have had this for 2 months no problems easy to hook up easy to get information on and it was easy to order online great support through Best Buy in the item has been good

This product has been working great since day one. No problems so far and very fast internet speeds. Looks very good up on your shelf too

This router is very easy to use. All you have to do is plug in, setup a password the first time you connect to it using any device, and go. It has a decent range of signal.

I bought this because it seemed to be best suited for my internet provider and so far have no complaints..it works well with the netgear router i purchased to accompany it.

Get out from under Comcast rental fees. This purchase was the route to that end. Works great, and Comcast installed it with no charge.

Needed a modem when my internet provider changed. This model works with Xfinity and only took a few minutes to get us back on the air.

as far as my knowledge in modems goes, it is a good deal. It fulfills its purpose and has a good prize. Nothing bad to say about it.
