You get what you pay for

I bought this to use with my internet connection. I didn't pick up the router provided by the ISP and this works pretty well with the gaming console connected to the Ethernet connection and 6 devices connected to the WiFi. You don't get as much WiFi capability as the Ethernet connection but you don't really need it unless you plan to download TBs worth of data within a few minutes.
