Why Get Anything Else?

All I had to do was call Comcast and get the IP address added. Took 8 mins. Hasn't gone down once since I set it up. BB matching Amazon's price didn't hurt either!

Work as expected

I have Comcast and the replace through the auto-assist web was easy. It took about 10 minutes and like 3 software updates (all pushed by Comcast) to have the service up and running.

Great Modem

No more will you have to pay those silly leasing fees with your own modem. I believe this one caps out at just above 150 mbs down, and about 10-20 mbs up. Not amazing by any means, but plenty for a family of 3-4
