Works Great for me

Its around 3 months since I am using it. Some time I face glitches in streaming which is not very frequent and can happen with any modem so I am not much bothered about it. Overall its a good experience.

Works continuously, no problems

We had to reset it 4 times a week. After I moved and bought my own Motorola - SURFboard DOCSIS 3.0 High-Speed Cable Modem it's been completely fine. I've had it for 6 weeks now and I've never had to hard-reset it from the wall even once.

There are no buttons to push

I had to reset to factory settings, it appears some settings were there as if from previous owner although it was suppose to be new. It synced with Comcast no problem. I recommend you check broadband speed directly from modem via cable before going into router. My router is EA4500.

The flashing amber light I believe shows the connection is working but next to all the other blue lights this color normally suggests a malfunction so it is detracting. Also would be nice to have a stand by mode that reduces power use.
