We have had it for a few months now and have no complaints. It works exactly as it should and would recommend to anyone looking to buy a cable modem.

The modem was easy to set up- worked emediatlely- not hard to set up - would recommend this to a friend or family! Best buy employee was very helpful

I only put for stars because this is not the best for everyone. For me, it is fine because I live alone and don't have super high speeds. If you have, a family, a lot of devices connecting in your household, and/or have high speed internet, you need to step up to at least the next model.

I got tired of paying for my cable modem each month. I decided it was finally a good idea to just buy my own and I am happy that I did. I like that this is just a modem and nothing else as I don't need a router or cable phone option.

excellent product. I was able to get rid of rented modem from Comcast to avoid their monthly modem rental fee. I did not notice any change in speed or quality of internet, if anything the internet quality improved with this product.

I have now been using the Motorola Surfboard modem for nearly 2 months and am pleased with the ease of set up and it's reliable connection so far.

I was looking for an modem online and stumbled upon this one. It was so nice that bestbuy has this item on sale and I decided to try it out. It was a wonderful buy. The modem works great with little or minimum interference.

This modem has made my internet downloads a lot faster then my old modem. It was very easy and fast to connect the modem and it works very well.

The product is great, it small so it fits anywhere. It is easy to set up. The only thing is that I had to buy an additional wireless hopper to be able to connect anywhere on my house.

Bought this since it is compatible with Time Warner's internet. Works great and seamlessly supports multiple devices simultaneously.

This product is easy to install and set-up. The instructions are clear and easy to understand. My internet speeds are faster with this new modem.

This device is pretty straight forward, fairly easy to navigate the screens to configure my wireless VLAN, overall a pretty good buy.

Excellent. When you need connectivity and don't want to pay their rental fee, buy your own:) If you have voice you can buy this and they have to leave their voice modem free of charge, so this is definitely the way to go.

Definitely worth getting this instead of renting a cheap modem from the cable company. Be advised this is not compatible with Verizon FiOS' system. As a result, I cancelled FiOS and moved to Cox. Haven't regretted it for a second.

I can't tell if my internet is sometimes slow with Bright house or if this modem is junk. I am satisfied, but not ecstatic about this purchase. First the price is too high. Second it claims super fast internet, but when I swapped it out for my old modem I saw no difference.

Comcast compatible , very fast, very easy to set up. This modem is saving me almost $100 a year in rental fees. Well worth the investment.

Installation was a breeze. It automatically connected to the Xfinity ISP page to be recognized. Getting almost 30 Mbs/sec download speed.

I decided to buy my own modem since my cable company was going to start charging rent on the one they installed for the internet we pay them for. I did some research, and decided on this one. Super easy to set up. I put it on the desk instead of the floor, where the other one was. It is so simple to get to in case of a reboot. No questions on how to set it up, and once we contacted the cable company to set it up on their end, no problems
