So far, so good. Have had it for 2 months and no problems so far. Price online was cheaper than in store, told them, and got it for the lower price.

Very easy to setup, all you have to do is call and get it registered in their system and you no longer have to pay them 10 dollars a month for their equipment. Pays for itself in only a few months.

Works great, and is much better than the garbage Comcast provides you with. Easy to set up and no issues noted yet.

I read up on this device and saw that it was the absolute best for Xfinity customers who wanted to buy their own router and it is a great product. I just missed the fact that it is not a wireless router so look elsewhere if that is your goal.

Why give the cable company more money than you need to. Save that 10$ monthly fee and buy one of these, in less that 6 months you will have made your money back and start saving. highly recommend.

Have to be honest here... it was super easy to install; however, our wifi hasnt been great since we've had it - dont know if its due to this, though

After years of having ethernet, we finally decided to bite the bullet and go with high speed cable internet. The modem has worked flawlessly so far.

I had been paying rental fees until I came across this modem. I am getting much better internet service with this modem without the added cost.

I bought this to upgrade my current modem since it seemed to lose connection often. This one works great and the lights on the front are easily read to determine when connectivity is acheived

Installed and called my ip...comcast. After reading reviews on different sites that sell this modem, I discovered what I needed to know to setup this modem. Basically, call your Internet Provider, inform them you bought this modem, and if they know what they are doing, the tech will ask you for the customer serial number (one with letters in it), and the mac address. It took comcast about 15 minutes, maybe a little less, and then I was in business. However, when I initially setup this modem, I had it connected straight to my computer, bypassing all routers. What this does is cause the modem to "remember" that device. After I hooked up all my routers, my internet quit working. What you need to do is power down the modem, hook all your routers back up and power the modem up. Everything should be ok at this point.

Had no problems with setting up with comcast. Works great. Better than renting from comcast. Will pay for itself.

I have had to reset this a few times since I purchased it. I'm not sure if it is the router or the modem - I reset both at the same time. Just all of a sudden I have no internet connection. Once I reset modem/Router combo it works great.

Bought this after a combo modem/router didn't do the job. Works great with existing router and set up easily.

I bought this for my dad so he wouldn't have to rent a modem from Comcast. I've had mine for 2 years and have never experienced a single issue and I imagine this one will be the same.

i wish there had been directions on reconnecting to the wireless router. I ended up having many issues with comcast over this and went with out internet service for over 3 weeks

Good modem for the price. Works good and is cheaper than leasing from cable company. Easy to set up.

Blasting fast speed and very easy to set-up. Would recommend to friends and family. Best modem I've bought yet.

Small, doesn't take much space. Seems to work well. Will need to call your cable company and provide serial number or codes to get up and running.
