Great Modem, was between this one and the SB6141, decided to go with the 6121, because it matched my router, and I couldn't take advantage of the extra upload speeds anyway. I've had it over a month now, no lost signal, an excellent modem, I recommend it.

yes, it does the job. I bought one to get rid of ridiculous monthly networking fees by brithhouse. Realized they even charged me for home networking too.

I purchased this modem because I was leasing one from the internet provider. Now my bill is $10 cheaper a month. Plus it pays for itself in 7 months.

Was very easy to setup, worked well with my current wireless router, and was simple setup with Time Warner tech.

Fast, easy to set up. The only problem we had is trying to figure out how to password protect the dual ban. We rather just have one user name and password not two with a guest network.

Unit seems to be working fine - although it hasn't improved performance as I had hoped - replaced a 10 year old router and thought this new purchase would improve my situation - it did not!

In my area, Cox Cable requires a DOCSIS 3.0 modem for consistent connections, and this guy does the job just fine. He's not as speedy or easy to use as some other DOCSIS 3.0 modems, but if you're on a budget, and want faster than DOCSIS 2.0 speeds, or need a DOCSIS 3.0 modem, this guy fits the bill and is readily available. Best Buy also price matched my purchase versus online prices, so an already good deal was made even better by great Best Buy Policies!

Purchased this to replace out failing modem. Works great with no problems or lost connections. Best thing is I don't have to pay to rent from TWC!

I have comcast performance starter internet 25/5 mb. this entry level modem is stable and powerful enough to handle day to day normal usage.

Very helpful sales person advised us on this purchase. We purchased this rather than deal with cumbersome and expensive box from cable company.

It greatly increased my upload and download speeds over my old cable modem. Has the look, feel, performance, and brand name of a high quality product. At first the cable modem and my Buffalo Air Station dual band wifi router didn't want to talk. I reset them both a few times, and they work great together. After a few week they are still working great with no conflicts or resets.

This Motorola was hands down the fastest and easiest router I have ever installed. Literally took a minute per computer. Works perfectly with my PC laptop, my iPad 3rd gen, iPod 5th gen. I highly recommend it.

I've had this device for over a month now and it works great apart from the WiFi keeps dropping out. I have called the Arris helpline and spoke to some who sounded about 8 years old who told me to change the channel number in the router interface. This didn't fix my problem so am waiting to call them back and try to update the firmware (which you can't do yourself). Apart from my phone disconnecting from WiFi randomly its ok.
