We use this for a 3 level townhome and it works well. We have 5 people using internet in our home on different levels and we are all gamers as well. There are of course better modems out there, but for the price, this is a good choice.

I love that I don't have to rent a modem from my cable provider each month, but still have the same quality in my personal product.

The cable box was very easy to hookup and works like a champ!!

This product met the requirements of Time Warner Cable because I didn't want to rent a cable modem from them every month. It was very easy to setup and use. It was pretty much un-box it, and connect the cables in the appropriate ports. A user friendly color guide of what cables go where was provided too. I would definitely buy this product again.

I had to increase my internet speed at home and for some reason it took a few weeks before I noticed any changes in speed. Not sure if was Comcast or the new modem.

This seems like the cheapest option for a Comcast customer, and while it's a hassle to set up, I'm guessing that has more to do with Comcast than the actual modem.

Recently I switched from AT&T to Comcast and I didn't want to pay their monthly fee for the modem so I purchase this modem. Comast technician was unable to set-up my home wi-fi network so I was left to do the configuration myself. No easy task but accomplished with on-line help. So far modem works fine and I am happy with the speed.

I purchased this modem because Comcast said my old modem wouldn't be fast enough to make full use of their internet speed. So far, the modem has worked well. When I purchased it, the modem I wanted was sold out, so I got this one. The only issue I might have in the future is if I wanted to get cable phone service, this modem would not work. As of now, that is not a problem, and I am happy with this modem.

We bought this modem to replace the leased modem from Time Warner Cable. Same brand, similar enough model. Chosen from the list at TWC site for our level of internet service. Owning our own modem saves us $5.99 a month plus tax so this pays for itself in less than a year.
