Right out if the box this modem was easy to install and performed with great speeds. After doing an Internet Speed test I saw a very big increase in the speed for both downloading and uploading to the internet. This modem is fantastic!

This is a good modem, good reliability, fast. I have to reset the modem occasionally, but this may be an issue with ISP. This modem is faster than the ISP end service.

The modem works fine. It was easy to set up and now I'm saving money every month by not renting one from the cable company. Yes!

Works great as advertised. Easy to hook up. I am actually achieving slightly over the advertised speeds that Comcast specified on our plan with this modem. Have been very impressed with the reliability of these Motorola modems as this one replaced a 3 year old Motorola "Surfboard" modem that was still going strong and simply need the speed updated.

This modem was very easy to install and use and my internet increased as it has more channels than my prior modem.

I love this product (price, size, color) but it doesn't include the wi-fi router function. I recommend if you don't require wi-fi.

The modem is a good modem for the price. I have xfinity and my modem went out. I picked this one up and it has been working great. It was easy to install and is fast.

I bought the product online and picked it up at the store. Took it out of the box at home, plugged it up, spoke with the cable company to initialize it and it works great. No problems at all and it saves money on my monthly Internet bill. Easy to hookup for just about anyone!

This modem is worth every dollar. I went in looking for a modem compatible with Comcast and the guy suggested this modem. It has worked great and was easy to set up.

Your cable company charges you a fee monthly for using their internet cable modem. This is a much better unit and if you get this you can void that fee by returning their modem back to them. This will give you great internet speeds since it supports up to 120mbps and since a lot of companies barely offer those speeds and most people don't pay for those speeds this is great. Now if you are a person that has more then 120mbps speeds I would recommend its bigger brother the Motorola -SURFBoard Model: SB6141.

I love the router. It is very easy to install and use. Lightning fast speed and price is right. They even matched walmart price on it.

Set up was quick. I just called Comcast, gave them the serial number, and followed directions. No problems, good performance.

I have Comcast as my internet provider and was having some serious issues with my xbox 360 gaming constantly having poor connection issues. I had done some research and read that the router Comcast uses throttles speed when it gets too high, so even though I was paying for 100MBPS speeds, I was ONLY getting average of 12MBPS. It was ridiculous. I purchased new router along with a replacement modem, and my speeds were back to what they were supposed to be. Thank you best buy for the product advice!

Works perfectly with TWC internet. Modem activated without issues and I get full download speeds. This is a good basic modem.

This is great for 95% of people, if you don't have gigabit Internet, it 's perfect. Just be aware you're going to need to call you ISP to register it. You'll need the model number, the serial number on the box (there are two and it needs to be the one that's NOT also on the modem itself) and the MAC number. They want you to pay to rent their modem, so this can be a difficult process, but if you are willing to put in the time with their customer service, it's definitely worth it in the long run
