Good product overall for range and multiple device connections. However it has intermittent connection issues that are seemingly to occur more often. Tried another device and haven't had any issues.. Tried this product and it started back up again.

This was a replacement for a client's 6-year-old scientific american cable modem which had failed. I've always used Motorola cable modems and the people I work with agree with me when I say this is the reliable workhorse of cable modems for home or small office use.

The modem works great. It allowed me to return the one I was leasing from the cable company and will pay for itself in 10 months. So I am happy with it. the cable company currently charges me $6/month to lease so I am basically paying myself $72/yr. with this one.

This is the best modem I have ever purchased. It is affordable and very efficient.

My son sent me to buy a modem. I had little knowledge of what I was looking for. The salesperson recommended this one. It wasn't the most expensive but works great and my son was impresses by my choice.

The Motorola/Arris modem works great. It's just what I wanted and needed to get free from paying T-W monthly charges. I can amortize this in about 8 months. It was easy to hook up with no klitches and once connected to T-W it's doing the job. Great product.

It is good but you need to check type of security in the modem page and Router page in order to work together.

I never had any problems with a slow connection and it was a breeze to install.

We have 6 computers in the house and no hiccups happen on internet service.

I traded my Comcast modum in and saved $10/month by buying this modum at Best Buy. Super easy to install however you do have to call Comcast and give the a number off the bottom so they can connect it to their system. But after I did that it worked great.

I have done quite a research before buying this modem and based on the reviews on BB site and Amazon site I decided to burly this one. It's a good modem for the money and I do see drastic change with my internet speed. Definitely recommend this to anyone.

It works as advertised. Still having some connectivity issues but those are related to my carrier I believe.

This modem was to replace the modem Comcast has you use for their internet service. Really easy to set up, and I didn't even have to register it for the warranty, as it was set up after I activated it.

I had this device up and running within 10 minutes. I used it to replace my DOCSIS 2.0 cable modem so I could get faster internet speeds. All i had to do was plug it in and call my ISP and it was working. Now I am experiencing even higher internet speeds.

I needed something cheap to out in a 2800 square foot house and also hooks up to existing Netgear routers and it's been excellent. It was half the price of other modems and a much better buy than what the cable company was offering me to rent. Great product.

This is made by Motorola and matches up with Comcast, so if you continue to be billed by Comcast, have them change the first letter of the serial number to an X. You will not be charged again. This advice came direct from Comcast and it has worked for us.

I bought this modem because I was tired of renting from the cable company. Installation was simple. I called the cable company with the modem ID number and it was up and running in five minutes.

I was informed that Comcast no longer accepted modem I had used for 2 years and I had to buy another one. I had worked for Motorola years ago and felt comfortable buying it over Netgear, which I have had problems with products before, and now. Installed it, Comcast accepted it, and we are happy campers again
